Our teams keep our business running smoothly by resolving and preparing complex hardware, software, and testing issues, with on-site for our client orders on daily basis.

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will report to the Site Supervisor on your site and will be responsible for working closely with the business, fellow Warehouse Assistants to clean and dispatch customer custom-built orders as well as day to day support to meet our operations present and future business needs, such as warehouse stock merchandising.

You will be a key part of a multinational team and thrive in delivering high-quality results and always be on the lookout for improvements.

Responsibilities:

Your role as a Warehouse Assistant will include:

• Cleaning computers & laptops.
• Getting ready computers & laptops for next stage.
• Applying Vinyl Sticker on products.
• Visual check on computers & laptops.
• Scheduling cleaning process on daily basis.
• Stock Rotation & Auditing within the warehouse.
• Preparing orders as and when required.
• General Warehouse Duties.

Required Skills:

• A full driving license is essential.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good writing and oral communication.
• A strong sense of customer service.
• Able to keep others informed of information that contributes to the performance of the team, department, or company (Team player).
• Be self-motivated and able to work alone as well as part of a team.
• Able to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in establishing new processes and procedures as well as following those already in place and always looking for improvements.
• A willingness to roll their sleeves up and be hands-on.
• Demonstrable strong initiative (is proactive) and motivation with the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to be flexible in working hours and shift patterns to provide cover for operational requirements.
• Being punctual, reliable, energetic, and presentable.
• A good memory of specifications and work procedures.

Please note: The position will involve some physical labour. Warehouse Assistant executes physical work e.g. working in confined spaces (possibly under the 48-inch crawl space); lifting up to 15 kg; site cleanliness and maintenance work; accessing elevated spaces (working at height).
