SalaryB&M Retail are currently recruiting for Customer Service Assistants to join our brand new team for our store in Harpurhey! These are part-time positions working 20 hours per week, in our Customer Service, Replenishment and Shop Floor departments. Shifts will vary with start times from 5am and finish times up to 10pm.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be at the heart of our stores and will ensure our customers have a great experience. Whether you are replenishing stock on the shop floor or delivering great Customer Service at the checkouts, no two days are the same!
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service! We are looking for colleagues who will thrive in our fast paced, high energy environment!

We’re big on personality and attitude - experience in a fast-paced retail environment or Customer Service is a bonus, but not essential.
