We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant. As an Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Utilize computerized systems and software, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office, to complete tasks
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Type and proofread documents as needed
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks
- Ability to perform clerical duties with attention to detail
- Typing speed and accuracy
