We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Communicate effectively with customers in English
- Utilize phone etiquette when interacting with customers
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to sell products or services and upsell when appropriate

Pay: From £25,445.03 per year
