Customer Support and Admin Assistant - Manchester
40 Hours a week Monday to Friday - no weekends

Key duties:
- To be the first point of contact for customer queries both via phone and emails, this includes queries from parents and schools.
- To support customers with making booking and payments via our website.
- To be responsible for maintaining systems, keeping accurate records and managing data in line with GDPR.
- To support the HR and Finance Manager with daily administration tasks to support the running of the business.
- To support with the organisation and booking of meetings, training and travel etc.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Confident communication skills
- Good level of IT literacy inc. working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Experience of office-based administration and customer service
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Positive can-do attitude
