Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Seagreen Green Shift

Reporting to the SOV Shift Manager, you will join our Service UK team in the Northeast of Scotland working in support of our offshore windfarms. Your role will involve operating as part of a focused team, keeping our windfarms in production through good material management and aiming to maintain an efficient parts management system. 


Responsibilities

  • Management of all materials delivered to, dispatched from, and stored on board of Service Operations Vessel
  • Ensuring adequate quality inspections are conducted on materials
  • Maintaining stock inventory of spares and tools, through periodic & annual stock counting
  • Control of all COSHH and hazardous items
  • Administrating and controlling all delivery and conformity paperwork and arranging customs clearances and customs paperwork for returning spares and tooling
  • Coordinating the testing of all site tooling, PPE, lifting & calibrated equipment
  • Preparing and assisting with the loading / offloading of materials from our service operations vessels

 

Qualifications

  • Experience with warehousing, logistics and stock management in an offshore operational environment
  • IT skills (preferred: SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Full driver's license, ideally with Forklift Truck
  • A willingness to travel and work across various sites when required, in support of business needs

Additional information 
We look forward to hearing from you. The primary work location will be Montrose, working on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks rotational basis, onboard our SOV.
