Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Dispatch Operative
- Checking of orders
- Dispatch of orders
- Maintaining tracking logs
- Dealing with shipment queries
- Dealing with delivery returns
- Arranging weekly client ‘send outs’.
- Sending tracking to relevant admin and accounts personnel.
- Completion of returns spreadsheet.
- Arranging monthly client ‘send outs’.
- Arranging postal wage slips for selected staff members.
- Updating DHL with new stock items and HS codes for new products.
- Processing orders for selected portal clients.
- Support team with annual stock counts.
Key Competencies of a Warehouse Dispatch Operative
- The ideal candidate will be a good fit for the existing warehouse team.
- No previous qualifications necessary as full training will be provided, however, a sound knowledge of Outlook and Excel, along with great verbal and written communication skills is a must.
