About You:

With excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset, you are ready to tackle challenges head-on. Your proficiency in IT and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), especially Excel, enables you to maintain efficient and accurate inventory records. You are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation, efficiency, and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a key point of contact for client queries and concerns.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of warehouse administration tasks, including stock management, order processing, and dispatching.
• Utilise IT and WMS systems effectively, with a strong emphasis on Excel, to track inventory levels, orders, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operation, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, transport or inventory / stock administration role previously.
• Proficient in the use of IT systems, including WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Be commutable to Loughborough, Leicestershire 5 days per week.
