ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse manager to join a global supplier of niche solutions on a permanent basis.
The Warehouse Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse, whilst ensuring health and safety criteria is met for all employees.
The Role:
Managing, storage and despatch of goods.
Manage all warehouse/logistic project needs throughout the business.
Set and manage daily KPI against business needs.
Ensure Health & Safety, employment, Export and promotion adhere too.
Ensure annual appraisal and keep up to date. training needs
Regular team meetings to discuss improvement with the team and implement.
Overseeing the planned maintenance of equipment/machinery.
Experience within managing warehouse operations, leading and developing teams.
Requirements:
Comfortable leading and developing teams.
Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvement initiative
Education in administrative or business subject preferable.
Interconnect product experience.
Must be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office.
Confident in making data driven decision
Must be bale to identify risk and implement new procedures.
