Form of workDue to continued Growth our client are looking for a Warehouse Manager to support the day to day running of their retail warehouse.
Reporting to the Head of Retail, the successful applicant will lead and develop the team overseeing the movement of stock throughout the business, including fulfilment of orders placed via their online store. Through leading a core team of four staff within a 4000 sqft warehouse and supporting the wider retail team, this role plays a vital part in the department achieving its strategic aims, ensuring stock availability across the retail outlets and handling stock accurately.
Main responsibilities:
- Overseeing the end-to-end inbounding of stock.
- Managing the replenishment of stock throughout the club’s retail estate.
- Leading a team to fulfil all customer orders placed via our online store, promptly and accurately.
- Implementing and overseeing stock takes, full or partial, as and when required.
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and tidiness are upheld, resulting in an efficient and safe working environment.
- Managing staffing levels, performance levels and costs in accordance with budgetary and business needs.
- Implementing and upholding robust and accurate processes to drive efficiencies and commercial opportunities.
- Dealing with the processing and outbound of faulty stock.
- Carrying out administrative duties to a high standard.
- Ensuring all relevant policies and procedures are understood and adhered to at all times.
Ideal candidates will have previous retail warehouse experience at supervisor/team leader level or above, be process driven, diligent and exhibit the naturally high levels of pride and commitment required for the role.
You will typically work Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm.
The position will be offered on a full time basis.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
