Job Title - Warehouse & Office Assistant
Job Type - Permanent
Hours - Mon - Friday 9- 5pm - finish at 4pm every Friday. 1 hour paid lunch
Salary - £24,000

Your duties:
This opportunity is broken into two parts - Warehousing & Office/admin.
Warehousing duties:
- Goods in and out control
- Stock control
- Stock checks
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Pressure testing stock
Office duties:
- Organising and managing clients accounts
- Managing email inbox
- Responding to clients via email and telephone
- Generating customer documents via Sage 200
- Providing quotes, invoices, sales order and purchase orders
- Supporting in other roles when needed
Personal Qualities:
- Driving licence preferred
- Confident on telephone and communicating with clients
- IT Literate specifically on MS packages
- Happy to work in warehousing and office environment
- Flexible and open to day-to-day duties
- Adapt and meet changing demands
- Previous stock control experience would be desirable but not essential
- Sage 200 experience would be desirable but not essential
