As a Warehouse Operations Assistant at our fulfilment hub, you will support the team leader with various aspects of Warehouse Operations, including inventory and shipment management, along with ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and storing incoming shipments of beauty products, ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
- Shipment Preparation: Assist the team in preparing inventory transfers to other locations, including counting and packing products.
- Quality Control: Work closely with the team leader to inspect incoming and outgoing products, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, ensuring proper maintenance and reporting any issues.
- Communication: Collaborate with other warehouse team members and cross-functional teams to coordinate and prioritise tasks.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and any incidents or issues within the warehouse.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Prior experience in Warehouse Operations, preferably in the beauty industry is a plus.
- Love to work as part of a close-knit team.
- Strong passion and existing knowledge of the Korean beauty industry.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
