We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to support our operation in Avonmouth, working in partnership with our longstanding customer, Costa Coffee. This is a multi-temperature environment, meaning you will be working across different temperature zones.
You will be working on a full-time permanent basis, on ‘any 5 from 8’ days shift pattern with start times at 04:00 am.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Working in a multi-temperature environment while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety standards
- Unloading of chill and frozen stock from inbound vehicles by manual movement of roll cages and dollies (4-wheel platforms) loaded with baskets
- Picking goods from cages into totes using a scanner and use of label printers
- Inputting data using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Communicating with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse would be beneficial
- Be comfortable with the physical part of the job
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a team and independently when required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
