Job Title:Warehouse Operative

Trust Location: Rosalind Franklin Laboratory

Location: Warwick CV31 3RG

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 8am-4pm or 9am – 5pm

Pay: Band 2 - £12.35 Per Hour

Contract: 6-8 Weeks, starting 1/05/24

We have an ongoing, long-term placement available for a Warehouse Operative to join our friendly team in Warwick.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Receive daily deliveries. Ensuring full quality checks, count and general storage of items are completed.
• Manual Handling of stock by hand and/or using a pallet truck/flatbed or roll cage.
• Quality check of goods including damage, missing lines and expired stock.
• Delivering goods and other medical items to various locations through the laboratory in a timely manner.
• Managing direct calls and emails from areas requesting goods and responding professionally.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or in retail would be highly advantageous.
• Forklift License
• Basic numeracy skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn the role and work at pace.
