Warehouse Operative (Lead) - Full Time

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative (Lead) to join our rapidly growing online equestrian & lifestyle clothing brand.

Working in all areas of the warehouse, this role is fast paced, and provides support to our operations, management and customer service teams.

This role allows you to experience all areas of our operations first-hand, giving you a solid base to build your expertise.

The job role and duties will include but not limited to:

• Efficiently carry out a range of warehouse duties, including but not limited to, picking, packing, and shipping orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate stock control through regular stock checks and maintaining inventory levels.
• Manage stock deliveries and liaise with couriers/suppliers.
• General warehouse organisation to ensure respective areas are well maintained at all times.
• Resource stock control to ensure day-to-day warehouse operational needs are covered.
• Follow health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.

What we desire:

• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks.
• Previous experience in a similar warehouse environment is required.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking & packing and inventory management and eager to take their own initiative.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• A positive can-do attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work to accommodate the business.

This is not a remote position and will be based in Sheffield (S1) Monday – Friday.

Job Type: Full-time
