Chase & Holland are excited to be working with an innovative and exciting business, currently going through a strong period of growth and looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their Supply Chain career within a great company who invest in their people, offer opportunity, and encourage growth.
You will be responsible for managing of team of 8 – 12 people, ensuring the efficient running of the warehouse by recommending ideas of improvement, implementing new processes, along with developing and driving the growth of the individuals within your team.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Team Lead:

• Everyday running’s of the warehouse department
• A clear understanding and responsibility of unloading / loading of vehicles etc safely
• Ensuring prestart checks are completed and documented reporting all defects
• Management of daily workloads and stock levels ensuring all orders are fulfilled and stock systems are updated and maintained accurately
• Improve processes, mentoring the team and offering hands on support at all times
• Communicate performance regularly and plan, escalating any issues
• Responsibility for continuous team improvement, mentoring and training of all current and new starters with effective supervision and welfare checks
• Undertake any other reasonable duties requested of you by management

Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous supervisory experience
• Experience within a warehouse environment
• A self-starter using your initiative to reach goals and solve problems
• Analytical with great attention to detail
• A can-do attitude with a proactive mind set
