Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Worker specialising in tea blending and packing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process. From meticulously blending different tea varieties to expertly packing them for distribution, you'll be an integral part of delivering our exceptional products to tea lovers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Perform tea blending according to specified recipes and quality standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment for blending, weighing, and packaging tea products.
- Ensure accurate labelling and packaging of tea products for shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members & upper management to meet production targets and client deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management/control and stock replenishment as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for weighing and measuring ingredients accurately.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to a car, as the site is only accessible by car.
