Our customer serves 77 full size stores in London and the South East, picking and delivering over 2 million cases each week. We are looking for hard working and experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our team, where you will be compensated with a very competitive base pay. You will also have the opportunity to increase your earnings through both an individual and collective performance related bonus scheme, and working additional hours at an enhanced rate.As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have;Ability to work in a rapidly changing, fast past paced environmentAbility to work both individually and as part of a team in a physically demanding environmentA 'can do', right first time and passionate approachFlexibility to work shift patternsYou must be able to work in a chilled environmentDetails:Salary: £13 per hour basic increasing to £15.18 after 6pmBase salary increases to £15.09 per hour after 12 weeks, £17.27 after 6pmOvertime paid at x1.5 rateWorking Hours : 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm (AM shift) and 2pm-10pm (PM shift), any 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
