Warehouse operative with FLT Counterbalance licence vacancy in company based in Dunstable.
MONDAY - FRIDAY 08:45AM - 17:15PM.
Salary up to 25k per year.
Temp-perm vacancy.
Key Tasks / Responsibilities;
- Provide general logistics operation support for all areas as needed.
- Goods In – Checking Supplier Deliveries against manifest or delivery notes, identifying any discrepancies, put away to location.
- Performing warehouse inventory controls via scanner and or through a computer. (NEW 2023/2024)
- Unloading vehicles – containers (handball), pallets, cartons
- Goods Out – Picking, Packing to customer specification.
- Maintaining computerized administration, stock inventory and retrieval systems.
- Re-work and assembly
- Vehicle loading/unloading.
- Forklift truck driving – applicable to trucks at site
- Liaison with Customer Service staff to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met.
- Communicate specific customer requirements to Operations Team
- Execution of tasks and requests to customer requirements
- Checking of paperwork
- Liaising with the Warehouse manager to ensure all clients Storage/Activity is recorded for invoicing purposes correctly on a weekly/daily basis.
