Gi Group is working on behalf of a Pets at Home to recruit Warehouse Pickers to work at the brand-new modern warehouse in Stafford.
Warehouse Pickerresponsibilities:
- Picking, packing, preparing, and wrapping items ready for dispatch
- Inspecting & quality control of items
- Accurate completion of paperwork
- Pay good attention to detail.
- Assist with daily pick of customer orders
- Packing of customer orders ready for despatch
- Preparation of shipping labels and labelling the boxes
- Maintain stock and warehouse shelves
- Maintain adequate levels of packaging materials
Warehouse Pickerrequired skills:
- Driven and motivated to achieve targets set.
- Punctual and excellent attendance records
- 6 months previous experience within warehouse environment or as a warehouse operative
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good level of numeracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Warehouse PickerPay:
- £10.60ph
- £15.90ph overtime
Warehouse PickerShift:
- Weekly rotation
- Week: 6am-2pm Week 2: 2pm-10pm
- Tuesday - Saturday
- Sunday - Thursday
*You must be able to follow the weekly rotation shift pattern, we are not currently recruiting for part time roles*
