SalaryThe right candidate must have an keen eye for detail and a willingness to do an outstanding job in order to represent the company well and deliver an outstanding customer service. You will be working along side and dealing with the genral public so must possess a nice manner. This is a physically demanding job and requires enthusiasm and energy, climbing ladders and lifting is a frequent part of the role. You will work to target scores and must acheive a minimum pick rate weekly.
General duties include but are not exhaustive of :
- Picking and packing orders to an excellent standard
- Shipping
- Loading and unloading of containers
- Heavy lifting
- Dealing with customers in the wholesalers.
- House Keeping
- Full adherence to Health & Safety and company policies.
Experience in this kind of role would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given upon commencement of employment.
Working hours will be either 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Wednesday, 08:00 - 18:00 Thursday and 08:00 - 14:00 on a Friday OR 10:00 - 18:00 Monday to Wednesday, 10:00 - 20:00 Thursday and 10:00 - 16:00 Friday. Hours will be given to the successful candidate upon commencement of employment.
Ability to speak and understand English is essential due to the nature of the role.
You must be flexible and able to do overtime when required.
This role has the potential of being permanent.
Contract length: 12 months then permanent to the right candidate
