Due to rapid expansion, they are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support operations in their new Warrington location! The role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the busy warehouse alongside the Warehouse Manager. They will take ownership of daily completions, order processing and general warehouse operations with consistent communication with the Warehouse Manager. The warehouse function of the business will consist of a team of three; the Warehouse Operative, the Successful Candidate (Warehouse Supervisor) and Warehouse Manager.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Conduct and manage high volume pick and pack tasks, with daily KPI’s.
- Upholding and supporting positive workplace culture and relationships.
- Manage product volume levels regarding labelled, unlabelled, requirements and forecasting.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and free from potential hazards.
- Conduct stock takes.
- Warehouse administrative duties.
- High-reach forklift operations.
- High volume product labelling operations using both manual and mechanical applications as required.
Specification:
- Previous supervisorial or managerial experience within a similar warehouse setting
- Extremely high attention to detail.
- High reach forklift certification and experience with pallet racking.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 20kgs).
- Ability to complete high volume repetitive tasks, up to 7.6 hrs. daily – picking/packing/labelling.
- Good computer skills, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel being key
- Excellent time management skills and reliability.
- Ability to work autonomously as part of a high achieving team with direction from remote management.
