Reports To: Distribution Manager
Location: Duncrue Crescent, Belfast
Hours: 40 Hours per week (Monday to Friday 7-4)
Salary: OTE £29,440 - Hourly rate £13.00, plus monthly bonus potential £200

The Role

Dreams and Sofatime are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Distribution team where you would play a key part at our warehouse to ensure smooth operation which enables successful deliveries to help us delight our customers.

Main Accountabilities

• Take charge of the vehicle loading process – ensure all products are wrapped and labelled before loading, and the correct products are loaded and secured.
• Support the Warehouse Management team by challenging the Distribution team on vehicle standards, rubbish and product security.
• Provide effective coaching to Distribution team, ensuring consistent delivery of REACH principles.
• Instruct and guide team members when assigning tasks, consider warehouse priorities and staff member capabilities.
• Responsible for all aspects of stock movement while coordinating and monitoring the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
• Responsible for maintaining consistently high standards throughout Duncrue complex including standards in warehouses, maintaining plants, locks, reporting issues, de-icing etc.
• Maintain standards of health and safety and security in the work environment. Report any faults, near misses and hazards.

Essential Criteria

• Physically fit due to nature and volume of product (heavy lifting).
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Forklift licence.
• Previous Supervisor experience.
