Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for one of our clients based in Harlow.

The Warehouse Supervisor must be able to maintain strong working relationships with all departments andassist with overseeing the day-to-day operation of the warehouse. The Warehouse Supervisor will have first-hand involvement in the control and use of the warehouse facilities and staff ensuring the efficient and safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

The ideal Warehouse Supervisor will ideally hold an up to date forklift licence and a full UK driving licence.

The Warehouse Supervisor must :

• Have excellent leadership skills
• Be well organised
• Have the ability to work thoroughly, methodically with an excellent attention to detail
• Be flexible, adaptable, and open minded and respond well to the ever-changing priorities and challenges while remaining calm and focussed on getting the job done
• Be proactive looking at ways to improve processes and have the initiative to put them forward and where possible into practice
• Be self-motivated
