Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Our client are a dynamic and rapidly growing company based in Braintree. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team and contribute to the ongoing success. Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement strategies for inventory optimization.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products are handled, stored, and shipped in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Forklift Operation: Utilize Reach forklift to move, stack, and organize products efficiently within the warehouse space.
- Training: Train new hires on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with other departments, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.
- Health and Safety: Enforce and promote a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- Reach forklift license is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to operate a Reach forklift and other warehouse equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
