Procurement Admin Assistant

Band 2, 1.0 wte, 37.5 hours - Permanent

£25,468 - £27,486

We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated individual to work as a Procurement Admin Assistant.

What will I do?

  • Liaise with suppliers to assist in the efficient processing of invoices and credit notes.
  • Ensure documentation is completed to ensure timely and accurate payment
  • Administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, filing, and maintaining stockholding records

Who will I work with?

Where will I be based?

This post will be initially based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh (RIE) and then in the Lauriston building.
