We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated individual to work as a Procurement Admin Assistant.

What will I do?
- Liaise with suppliers to assist in the efficient processing of invoices and credit notes.
- Ensure documentation is completed to ensure timely and accurate payment
- Administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, filing, and maintaining stockholding records

Who will I work with?
- You will work with the Purchasing and Invoicing team and the wider Pharmacologistics team

Where will I be based?
This post will be initially based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh (RIE) and then in the Lauriston building.
