?? Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm

Responsibilities: ??

• ?? Oversee and coordinate daily warehousing activities, ensuring smooth operations of the warehouse.
• ? Maintain accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions, guaranteeing the quality of goods.
• ??? Organise and maintain inventory and storage areas for optimal efficiency.
• ?? Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehousing activities.
• ?? Collaborate with internal teams daily, ensuring effective communication.
• ?? Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and problem-solving.
• ?? Process sales orders, invoices, and goods received, utilising warehouse software and MS Office proficiency.
• ?? Assist with logistics problem-solving and contribute to improving work procedures.
• ?? Liaise between manufacturers and internal colleagues, ensuring customer requirements are met.
• ?? Maintain accurate records and documentation, utilising reports to assess warehouse status.
• ?? Coordinate activities with other departments for a seamless workflow.

Skills and Qualifications: �?

• ?? Knowledge of warehouse software packages (Sage 200) and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• ?? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and excellent prioritisation skills.
• ?? Knowledge of HMRC Customs Excise documentation is desirable.
