Night Warehouse Supervisor opportunity at a Leading Global Freight Forwarding Company!

Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday 9pm-6am
Location: Lusk, Co. Dublin
Salary: from 50k per annum DOE
Summary:
We're looking for someone proactive and dedicated to lead the warehouse team to new heights. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service. Your role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring top-notch communication internally and externally, and driving productivity and accuracy to exceed targets.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the night HUB operations, maintaining top-notch warehouse standards.
- Contribute to operational plans and reviews, implementing improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, especially regarding Health & Safety.
- Coordinate vehicle loading/unloading efficiently.
- Maintain high scanning accuracy and productivity levels.
- Facilitate comprehensive shift handovers.
- Manage training, holidays, and performance reviews for the team.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable.
