Job Role: Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: up to £30k DOE
Location: Oundle, Northamptonshire
Shifts: Days, 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday

The role of a Warehouse Supervisor:
Support the warehouse in the daily planning and operation of the warehouse function, including but not limited to, supporting, and co-ordinating the warehouse team to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, and supply of inventory.
The responsibilities of a Warehouse Supervisor:
- Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction when receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods
- Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehouse activities and staff performance
- Organising and maintaining inventory and storage areas
- Ensuring shipments and inventory transactions are accurate
- Communicating job expectations and coach employees
- Monitoring staffing levels and assigning workload
- Maintaining items record and documenting necessary information
- Produce reports to project warehouse status
- Perform reviews to encourage staff motivation, coach, train and develop team to enable continuous improvement
- Responsible for ensuring business objectives are met and reporting daily KPI's
- Identifying areas of improvement and implement innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Coordinating activities with other departments
- Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed
- Attending meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties.
- Complying with and upholding Company policies and procedures.
- Undertaking any additional tasks as may be required from time to time.
Experience requirements:
- Supervisory experience would be preferable within a small team environment.
- Good working knowledge of the Warehouse processes, including 5S and Health and Safety
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build successful relationships at all levels
- Good product knowledge across all areas of production including mould, engineering, fit-out and finish.
