Hours: 38.5 - Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm - Fri 8.30am - 4pm
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for a specific team, ensuring that work is carried out to production targets, job specifications and quality standards. You will assist the Supervisors and Operations Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the site in line with customer requirements and Restore Scan policies and procedures.
You will carry out these responsibilities whilst reporting any Information Security, Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality incidents to your manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure your team members are aware of their targets and motivate your team to achieve or exceed daily performance targets
* Closely monitor and report on team productivity, escalating if targets are not being achieved
Report on identifying trends and instigating remedial action where necessary
* Assist with day-to-day activities of prepping, scanning, QA and finishing to ensure client deadlines are met
* Set an example when maintaining the place of work to the highest standard, presenting a professional image to customers, clients and peers
* Ensure all colleagues are adequately trained and briefed on operating equipment safely, efficiently and correctly
ABOUT YOU
* Previous Team Leader experience in office or production environment
* Team Leader skills – including motivating, dealing with performance issues, allocating work, etc.
* Good communication skills – written & verbal

* Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues
* Great attention to detail
* Basic computer knowledge
