Warehouse Team Manager (Night Shift)

Trafford Park DC - Secondment/Fixed Term Contract - 6 months

The LDB Divisions has a mission to help everyone in their quest for healthy beautiful skin. A world leader in dermo cosmetics, with skincare brands recommended by healthcare professionals such as dermatologists, paediatricians, cosmetic doctors and pharmacists worldwide.


We are seeking an exceptional, experienced and innovative Shift Manager to grown and nurture the existing Nights shift to enhance our operational capacity and meet the demands of the customers.


The Night Shift runs from Sunday night through to Thursday morning, working 37.5hrs per week, 9pm until 4.30am and attracts a 33% shift allowance.


You will


Lead the Night Shift team to deliver the growth for CPD & LDB Divisions


  • Lead by example in safety management, helping to develop an interdependent culture within one of the largest teams in the DC.


  • Manage the day-to-day operation in your area ensuring that all targets are met, flexing resource to areas as and when needed.


  • Develop a strong, collaborative working relationship with other shifts and departments (FLOWS, Stock Control, Quality Team)


  • Actively contribute to the sites key results within the PD vision.


  • Communicate effectively to the warehouse colleagues, share with them UKI updates as well as shift briefs and general information. Ensure this is understood at all leaves within your team.


  • Instil feedback and personal development culture for the nights team, share with them feedback on their performance and have dedicated 1-2-1 conversations to discuss their personal development.

  • Experience of SAP WM


  • Good level of excel literacy and numeracy
