Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Warehouse/Logistics team as an Administration Assistant. Key Responsibilities:
- Validate invoices and ensure accuracy in billing
- Process orders efficiently and accurately
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with logistics managers to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain organized records and documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or administration is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office suite)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required
