SalaryTrak Employment Solutions, acting as an employment business, are working in partnership with one of the UK's largest retailers. Assisting in their period of sustained growth, we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/Van Driver/Forklift Driver in a very fluid and varied temp to perm role.
Location:
- South Marston (SN3)
Pay:
- Between 11.44 - 12.44, depending on skillset and experience.
Hours:
- Flexibility is required for this role as start times could vary due to needing to drive our clients van and set up events. Start times could vary between 0400 to 1330 but plenty of notice will be given.
- When not needing to go to events or do deliveries in the van, you will be in the Warehouse as a Picker. The general shift for a Picker is (Apply online only), Monday to Friday.
Role Duties:
- Picking using RFU Scan Guns
- Packing, labelling and distribution of picked products
- Working in a warehousing environment, you will be working within a team with the aim of completing your shift targets.
- You will be picking or packing light clothing and you can expect to be on your feet all day and moving stock around.
- Using the company van for deliveries and to help set up at pop up stores and events.
- Occasionally operating a Counter Balance or a Bendi Forklift truck.
About you:
- An experienced Warehouse Operative
- Comfortable using a scanner and a PC.
- Physically fit
- Must have a driving licence and must be comfortable driving a van
- Own a bendi forklift licence (not essential but desirable)
