An experienced Administrator is wanted to join a leading engineering employer in the North East.
Based in the office (located on the banks of the River Tyne), you will support a busy Field Service department from an administration standpoint.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
* Administrative experience within engineering / Field Service / logistics is preferred
* Commercial awareness
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills – the majority of work is processed on Excel
* First-class attention to detail
* An appreciation for world class customer service
What You’ll Be Doing
* Serve as the main administrative support for a busy Field Service department
* Liaising with the engineers to ensure they have everything they need to do their job – that could be equipment, travel arrangements or tech
* Producing and updating reports for engineer schedules
* Processing the engineers’ admin tasks such as expenses, timesheets and data reports
