Our client is looking for applicants with automotive warranty experience ieallyu within the commercial sector, although they may consider applicants with similar experience within the Car industry.

- Develop and enforce commercial vehicle warranty policies, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
- Supervise warranty claim processing for commercial vehicles, making decisions based on established criteria.
- Implementing process improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to address commercial vehicle product quality and reliability, enhancing overall customer satisfaction in the UK market.
- Ensuring KPIs are maintained and achieved
- Experience within automotive warranty handling, ideally within the commercial sector
- Previous experience in the commercial vehicle industry is a must. Experience in the passenger vehicle sector with a strong background will also be considered.
- Proven track record and success in Warranty Administration
- Former managerial experience is a plus but not essential
- Willing and able to reliably commute between Eastbourne and Crawley
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Full UK Driving Licence. – Preferably Clean
