A local client who are developing and growing within their field are looking for a strong communicator to join their team as a Warranty Administrator. Reporting to the Senior Manager you will be maintaining records and documentation, coordinating with technicians and collaborating across departments.
Working 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday, this position is based in Bicester.
Duties of the role:
- Process and submit warranty claims, meeting submission requirements.
- Ensure records and documentation are upheld.
- Review policies and procedures ensuring compliance is maintained.
- Communicate frequently with customers, dealers and manufacturers.
- Liaise with technicians and departments.
- Assist with resolving customer queries and inquiries.
You must:
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Work well independently and be able to efficiently prioritise tasks.
Experience within warranty administration or a similar field would be advantageous but is not required as full training will be provided.
