Through continued growth they are looking for a Warranties Administrator to join their team

You will be responsible on a day-to-day basis for responding to customer, repairer and dealer queries, assisting in the authorisation of claims and the processing of invoices and emails.
The Warranty Administrator will also be responsible for ensuring that Claims Engineers are kept up to date with information relating to current claims.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Confident speaking to customers and dealers on the phone and communicating with them via email
