Are you an experienced Warranty Administrator looking for a new challenge?

Avanti Personnel are working with a leading organisation who are currently looking to expand there ever growing team.

Working in a busy warranty department, the role will include:

  • The submitting of warranty claims on well-known caravan manufacturers, including Bailey and Swift and suppliers such as Dometic, Miriad and Truma on-line portals
  • The production of Insurance estimates
  • Using an in-house system, the ordering of parts and the creation of workshop job sheets
  • Communication via telephone and email with customers, manufacturers and suppliers
  • Manage and where possible exceed customers’ expectations
  • Assist with the smooth running of the dealership, occasional overtime may be required

The successful candidate will be able to;

  • Prioritise tasks and keep to timescales
  • Be accurate with data entry
  • Have the ability to cope well in high pressure situations
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Full training will be provided to assist in embedding the successful candidate into the organisation and team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm (Winter time) and 8.30am - 5.30pm (Summer Time)
