Procure Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with an innovative and industry leading automotive business based in Billingham in their search for a Warranty Administrator. Our client is a business that has gone from strength to strength and now leads the market in their field.

Due to significant increases in new accounts being secured and the business continuing to grow we are searching for a Warranty Administrator to support the business.

The role of Warranty Administrator will include:

  • Being involved in every aspect of the warranty and goodwill policy and procedure.
  • Accurately submitting claims on a daily and weekly basis
  • Monitoring daily and weekly warranty reports
  • Checking invoices and credit notes
  • Ensuring all aspects of warranty admin is handled in a timely and professional manner

To be successful as a Warranty Administrator, you will need to:

  • Be highly organised with proven experience within an administration environment.
  • Have exceptional PC skills
  • Have strong attention to detail and possess the sort of confidence and communication skills that inspires trust in colleagues and customers alike.
  • Be outgoing and confident to ensure the best service to all customers.
