Location: Epsom, Surrey
Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible options available - please enquire within to find out more)
About Us:
As a well-established car dealership, our client prides themselves on delivering exceptional service to their customers. They are currently seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator to join their team. This role offers flexibility, with potential options for part-time hours, flexible working arrangements, or even the opportunity to work from home for the right Warranty experienced Motor Trade skilled candidate.
Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator with our client :
- Ensure adherence to manufacturer warranty and goodwill policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process and submit manufacturers' warranties, approved used warranties, and goodwill claims accurately and promptly, meeting designated deadlines.
- Regularly review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly warranty reports for effective tracking and management.
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness to meet industry benchmarks.
- Uphold compliance with company policies and industry regulations at all times.
- Oversee and execute recall and workshop campaigns as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the Service Department as needed.
- Previous experience in a warranty administration role within the automotive industry is essential; our client may entertain Service Advisors who wish to reskill
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage workload
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work arrangements
- Must reside locally to Epsom, as occasional visits to the dealership will be necessary
