Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Truro, Cornwall.
Salary / Benefits 25k - 35k + Training + Benefits
We have an exciting opportunity for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join an independent and highly respected Water Hygiene / Legionella management company. You will be traveling across the Cornwall region, covering predominantly Educational sites, alongside Commercial, Industrial, and Public Sector sites; undertaking various Water Hygiene duties, including but not limited to, TMV servicing, failsafe testing, calorifier purging and showerhead descales and disinfections. Experience & Qualifications:
" Extensive experience working as an engineer for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Fully conversant with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Excellent time management skills.
" Efficient communication skills.
The Role:
" Working on predominantly Educational sites carrying out water sampling and temperature monitoring.
" TMV servicing and failsafe testing.
" Undertaking tank cleans and disinfections.
" Showerhead descales and disinfections.
" Calorifier purging.
" Flushing of little used outlets.
" Ensuring work complies with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Updating onsite logbooks accurately.
