Your New Role...
This role reports to the Senior Director, Strategy & Business Operations and will support on a range of diverse projects and initiatives from channel & portfolio analysis, commercial strategy, supporting streaming strategy to leadership reporting and presentations.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Understand the WBD Sports Europe strategy (including Eurosport & TNT Sports) and assist in setting priorities, defining and articulating the strategy to support success across the business
Collaborate closely with functional teams (production, rights, ad sales etc.) to capture and drive actions from weekly cross-functional performance meetings
Manage multiple projects from start to finish
Evaluation of commercial models for new revenue streams and partnerships
Support key programmes & initiatives, validate assumptions and ensure alignment with business strategy
Support the integration & optimisation of ways of working and culture across sports & streaming regional roll-out, promoting efficiency, simplicity and transparency
Qualifications and Experience...
Demonstrated experience working in strategy, consulting or media operations
Strong analytical skills - ability to build financial models & run data analysis
Fluency in Excel & Powerpoint, Google Slides & Google Sheets
Ability to multi-task and proactively manage a variety of projects and timelines
Strong project management & interpersonal skills - demonstrate resilience and be adaptable to change
