My Client is recruiting for an Administrator with an exposure of the Wealth Management and the Banking Industry ( desirable ).
This is a hybrid role - 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days from home paying up to £35k per annum dependant on experience.
There will be a two-stage interview process with hiring managers, as well as a competency based test around prioritisation.

Job Duties.
• Co-ordinates spend requests across a variety of services ensuring all stakeholders follow process and effective communication prevails.
• Allocate spend requests to the correct workstream so the correct approval route is followed, ensuring Purchase Orders are raised and formal Governance is in place for all expenditure. Pro-actively educate colleagues where a gap in knowledge of the process is apparent.
• Process invoice payments, engaging with Project Management, Cost Management and other ancillary teams to ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Request monthly accruals for un-invoiced works.
• Rigorously and respectfully challenge 3rd party vendors where processes are not followed and play an active role in streamlining & strengthening processes.
• Support the team during the Vendor Forecast cycle to ensure operational activity and initiatives are included in Forecasting.
• Manage payment queries quickly and clearly to prevent reputational damage to the brand as a result of late payment. Adopt a pro-active style to query management with the aim of preventing recurrence of repeat queries.
• Participate in ad hoc team projects and initiatives.
Your expertise

• Highly proficient user of Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
• You should have 2-3 years relevant work experience in a project management admin, cost management admin or general office admin environment. You do not need to be a degree holder.
This role is an immediate start, the client would like this role filled fairly quickly, so those that have a notice period over a month may not be suitable.
