Our client is a Wealth Management business who offer personalised financial advice, offering comprehensive support throughout customers portfolio journey. You'll be joining an organisation who's goal is to help their customers secure financial future with confidence. The opportunity will sit within their Wealth Management team and shape organisational change throughout the business.
Your new role
This role will report directly into their Wealth Management Transformation Portfolio Director and will work alongside the Change Director, Head of Change and Portfolio Director to delivery programme control, communications and governance projects across their Wealth Management division. You'll be providing strategic overviews, whilst delivering key milestones on project status through regular communication with key stakeholders.
The role will require you to re-assess the value story of programmes at regular intervals and trigger points throughout the change management process, reporting and presenting to key stakeholders and briefing the Portfolio Director. You'll manage the programme governance reporting calendar and report delivery schedules, this will coincide with steering meetings to represent change leadership and drive adherence to the change Management Governance.
What you\'ll need to succeed
We are looking for someone that can demonstrate strong capability in exec/board level stakeholder management, who can summarise and distil complex subject matter into articulate presentations and papers, as well as briefing and supporting the leadership team on all critical matters.
You should be able to demonstrate knowledge, understanding and experience of all aspects of programme delivery, with strong risk and governance understanding, ideally having performed programme management office roles on large and complex initiatives. Being a confident leader, encouraging collaboration, teamwork and open communication within the team is core to your values.
