Role Overview
- Input data within the back-office system and research software
- Accurately maintain client records
- Communicate with providers through data harvesting
- Organise and manage the Financial Adviser's calendar and meeting prep
- Application completion relating to Pensions, Investments and Protection within agreed timescales
- Support Paraplanners and Advisers through our new business and ongoing client processes
- Support clients with their queries and online portals
Requirements
- Qualifications in Maths and English
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
