Your new role
- Leading the finance team - setting clear objectives and providing development support
- Improving management reporting and support multiple budget holders.
- Development of business controls and processes
- Leading on year-end reporting
- Implementing a new accounting system will be a key project in the future.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant and will ideally have experience of working in the charity sector. The role will suit someone who really enjoys managing a team, and you should be able to support and challenge with view to developing their skills and experience.
