Wild Recruitment have partnered up with the market leader in their field in their search for a Web Developer.

We are looking for someone who will maintain develop and design next generation websites in order to market our clients products.

This excellent opportunity is available to a person with at least 2 years of experience is similar role.

Salary : £35,000-£40,000

Working hours : Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 (Hybrid)

  Responsibilities

  
  
  
  
  • Enhance our word press website functionality
  
  
  • Work with cross-functionally to enhance overall user experience of our platforms
  
  
  • Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish
  
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field (Not Necessary)
  
  
  • Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
  
  
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
  
  
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.
  
  
  • Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
  
  
  • Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
  
  
  • Ability to manage projects.
  
  
  • Good communication skills.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  

  Qualifications

  
  
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
  
  
  • At least 1 - 2 years' of experience using Wordpress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  
  
  • Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (Java, PHP, NodeJS, )
  
  
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
