We are seeking a creative and skilled Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and reflective of our brand’s commitment to quality and customer service.
Main duties include:
- Design and maintain our website, enhancing user experience and functionality.
- Developing and implementing a Social Media and web content strategy.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to collect and refresh content, guaranteeing its precision and appropriateness.
- Execute SEO tactics to enhance the website's search engine placement and online visibility.
- Create and implement an all-encompassing Social Media strategy to boost brand exposure and foster customer engagement on multiple platforms.
- Create and curate engaging and shareable content that aligns with our brand voice and values.
- Oversee and supervise Social Media profiles, address inquiries, and interact with the digital community.
- Assess Social Media effectiveness and modify strategies to achieve growth and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Skills and Education:
- Demonstrated experience of at least one year in website administration and Social Media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of website content management systems and Social Media platforms.
- Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in SEO.
- Proficiency in content creation, including graphics and written content.
- Analytical skills to assess digital marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
