- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to create engaging and interactive web pages
- Monitor website performance, conduct regular audits, and implement improvements to enhance speed, functionality, and SEO
- Track and analyze website traffic using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and development
- Ensure website compliance with legal requirements and accessibility standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT support when necessary
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Web Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Proficient in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
