About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Website Manager to join our E-commerce Team. You will be responsible for three of our Brady brands transactional websites. You will be joining a european team of E-commerce professionals and will work closely with the UK Sales & Marketing Teams to drive online activity with the goal of increasing online revenue and improving the customer experience.

You will be managing the ongoing operational tasks, including online content, site search optimisation and performance analysis.

Supporting the migration of our Magento 1 sites to the Magento 2 platform and continuing to drive development opportunities by partnering with our IT and development teams.

Using existing platform technology to build content, pages and features that maximise the capabilities of the platform in order to deliver the best UX possible. Providing innovative new ideas related to technical solutions.

Main responsibilities

• Delivering online promotional material in line with our marketing communication plan
• Supporting key initiatives, such as the launch of new products and digital projects
• Optimisation of site search and 3rd party digital tools
• User acceptance testing / performance troubleshooting
• Delivering online revenue growth in line with our sales targets
• Supporting our development pipeline, including the migration from the Magento 1 platform to Magento 2
• One current direct report (UK Website Specialist)

About You: The ideal candidate will be an enthusastic team player with excelletnt communication skills. You will have e-commerce experience and be results-driven. . You will be passionate about tackling complex problems and finding solutions. People management experience would be advantageous.

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of the Magento platform or an E-commerce platform
• SAP & STEP knowledge
• Confident with analytic systems e.g. Google
• Testing tools
• Jira
